      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate preparation and distribution of shareholder, board, and committee meeting materials
      - Prepare initial drafts of corporate resolutions, board minutes, and related corporate governance items
      - Assist with all SEC filings and NYSE reporting obligations
      - Manage corporate policies required by the SEC or NYSE, ensuring compliance
      - Establish and maintain corporate records for all corporate entities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum four-year college degree; paralegal certificate and/or relevant work experience preferred
      - Minimum 10 years of related paralegal experience, with a focus on public company and securities
      - Must be organized, diligent, and proactive with corporate paralegal experience
      - Proficient in Google suite and Microsoft Office tools, along with other relevant software
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Diligent, Workiva, and other legal software tools
      - Strong understanding of corporate governance and securities law compliance
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
