What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate and site-based positions, from requisition creation to onboarding
- Deploy and optimize AI-based recruitment tools to effectively source, screen, and engage candidates
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, focusing on multi-state regulations
- Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 6 years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally within a multi-site manufacturing or engineering organization
- Proven experience implementing and managing Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
