      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the full life cycle recruiting process, delivering a pipeline of high-quality candidates to hiring managers
      - Manage the selection process to ensure a rigorous interview process and proper placement of candidates
      - Support internal clients by understanding business context and providing consulting and talent solutions
      - Conduct information sessions with managers to determine position requirements
      - Negotiate and finalize position offers to potential associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field
      - Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline
      - Experience with agency and corporate recruiting preferred
      - Proficiency in tools such as Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office Suite
      - HR recruiting experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in a relevant field may enhance candidacy
      - Experience conducting need/fit assessments through screening and interviews
      - Proven ability to analyze competitors, industry changes, and market salary structures
      - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
      - Experience managing a group or team of professional individual contributors
