What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and oversee local clinical Quality Management System
- Provide oversight of all CQM activities in a country/cluster of countries
- Support audits, inspections, quality issue management, and local training activities
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement
- Manage and support activities during audit or inspection preparation and follow-up

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in clinical research
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a functional and/or line management position
- Deep knowledge of Clinical Trial processes, GCP, and applicable regulations
- Superior leadership and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's Degree, PhD) preferred
- Experience in managing audits and inspections
- Superior teamwork skills and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and solve complex problems
- Ability to think strategically and with creativity and innovation
