What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform customer interactions quickly in both Spanish and English
- Conduct claim intake via phone for various types of claims, including Worker's Compensation, Auto, and Property
- Handle 17-20 inbound calls per day, resolving routine and non-routine insured requests
- Provide translation support for phone, emails, and documents for internal and external customers
- Document processes used to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with policies and procedures in the insurance industry
