What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and internal customers
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues effectively
- Assist customers with inquiries about benefits, billing, authorizations, and treatment explanations
- Document customer interactions and provide timely follow-up to ensure problem resolution
- Educate customers on pre-authorizations and navigate various databases for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent years of working experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to complete Customer Service training classes successfully
- Flexibility to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during operational hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center/office setting
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
