- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical/healthcare setting
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full-time and flexibility for shift schedules
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior health care experience
- Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes
- Currently a part of UHC Benefit Operations and Experience
