What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing inquiries and payment options
- Process billing adjustments, refunds, and transfers while maintaining accurate records
- Evaluate and respond to written billing inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
- Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies at all times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn complex systems
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work any eight-hour shift between Monday and Friday, from 8:30am to 8:00pm EST
