      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Retain, grow, and manage TELUS Health's large account portfolios
      - Demonstrate a consultative client approach and build strong relationships with clients
      - Analyze and interpret data to recommend solutions for workplace health issues
      - Assist with escalations and solution planning
      - Manage account profitability and collaborate with various teams for positive impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Success Management, or similar role
      - Experience providing premium service to C-level clients
      - Understanding of Employee Assistance, Wellness, Mental Health, and Human Capital Management market
      - Strong consultative approach to problem-solving and project management
      - Proficiency with essential tools such as laptops, email, Office apps, smartphones, and CRM applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
      - Previous experience with HR, Wellness programs, and/or EAP
      - Availability for occasional in-person client meetings
