What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead post-sales customer experience, ensuring adoption and value realization for Adobe's top customers
- Develop and maintain measurable success plans and cohesive communication strategies across customer and internal teams
- Drive product adoption using data insights to track customer progress and enhance digital maturity
- Act as the central contact throughout the customer lifecycle, advocating for customer needs internally
- Share industry trends and innovative use cases of Adobe solutions to drive customer engagement and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a US citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
- 10+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS and Digital Experience
- Proven ability to drive customer success and measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with effective conflict mediation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and/or digital media space
- Skilled in Program Management within large organizations
- Experience leading C-level discussions and presentations
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for driving innovation and change within customer organizations
