      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at staffing agencies to help them achieve their hiring goals
      - Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve platform adoption and drive client success
      - Collaborate with clients to implement effective campaigns and troubleshoot challenges
      - Advocate for clients by working with internal teams to address needs and enhance the platform
      - Identify new opportunities to improve processes and scale success across the agency segment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, or healthcare industries
      - Proven track record of managing and driving post-sales revenue growth and client retention
      - Demonstrated ability to grow and expand accounts for long-term client success
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve challenges independently
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong personal presence in partner and customer-facing roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry
      - Experience working with hospital recruiters or staffing agencies
      - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
