      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, managing strategic relationships
      - Lead technical discovery and intake calls to understand customer architectures and applications
      - Guide customers through implementation and optimization of solutions
      - Manage executive relationships and influence stakeholders for adoption of recommendations
      - Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in collaboration with the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related technical client-facing roles
      - Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs)
      - Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills
      - Ability to lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues confidently
      - Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a strong plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
      - Background in customer-facing cybersecurity roles
