      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
      - Resolve complex and routine hardware, software, and assay-related issues
      - Mentor peers and assist with routine troubleshooting
      - Distinguish between hardware, reagent, and software issues to facilitate resolutions
      - Work weekends as required to support a 24/7 customer service environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate, vocational, or equivalent degree in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry
      - Minimum of 3+ years of lab or field experience
      - Ability to clearly articulate instructions and solutions over the phone and via email
      - Willingness to work weekends
      - Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience troubleshooting electromechanical instrumentation
      - Background in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory
      - Previous customer service experience in a related field
