What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, track, and mitigate information security threats
- Assess and prioritize requests to improve existing Security Operation Center (SOC) tools and procedures
- Partner with management for security incident response and resource decision-making
- Evaluate and analyze complex malicious code using various tools
- Produce detailed reports on malware attributes, functionality, and detection techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years' experience as a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, including Incident Response and Handling roles
- Experience in Malware Reverse Engineering and Sandboxing
- Significant experience with Linux, TCP/IP, UNIX, MS-Windows, IP Routing, Firewalls, and IPS
- Understanding of behavioral-based threat models, including ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain
- Deep understanding of advanced cyber threats and associated tools and tactics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
- Experience with multi-cloud technologies such as Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS
- Demonstrated experience using Open Source malware analysis tools like OllyDbg and Radare
- Ability to analyze shellcode and packed/obfuscated code
- Knowledge of Technical Writing and Security Incident Response
