      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct data analysis and reporting to support the Engagement 2.0 initiative
      - Query and wrangle data from platforms such as Databricks and Salesforce
      - Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tables in Power BI and Excel
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor outcomes and address strategic business questions
      - Ensure high standards of data quality, regulatory compliance, and integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, particularly in healthcare or marketing
      - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
      - Strong communication skills for conveying complex analytics to various stakeholders
      - Familiarity with healthcare analytics and campaign measurement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Python, R, Athena, and related reporting tools
      - Knowledge of value-based care and segmentation strategies
