      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Leverage data analytics tools to create dashboards, reports, and fulfill ad-hoc requests
      - Execute existing reporting and analytical responsibilities with attention to detail
      - Present findings in an easily understandable manner, highlighting their relevance to broader business goals
      - Develop additional technical competencies and subject matter expertise within the supply chain function
      - Collaborate with other analysts to improve and innovate analytical processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting
      - Intermediate understanding of SQL or experience with MS Access
      - Proven experience with analytical tools such as Excel, JMP, SAS, or Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of work experience specifically in supply chain, merchandising, or operations analysis
      - Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
      - Experience building complex reports and analyses
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field
