What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify needs and deliver analytic products, including formal business intelligence and ad-hoc analyses
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies across the enterprise
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address high-priority analytic questions and generate actionable insights
- Create systems and processes for effective and efficient data usage across the organization
- Standardize and transform data into structures that support operational reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence development
- Strong technical skills in advanced analytics, including coding (SQL, Python, R) and experience with data management and visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker)
- Demonstrated commitment to ensuring data quality and accuracy at scale
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills for conveying questions, challenges, opportunities, and results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Medicare data, including claims, EHR data, and value-based care analytics
- Experience with the TUVA Project
- Background in marketing measurement, attribution, and experimental test design
- Experience building and consolidating longitudinal data from multiple sources
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, small team environment
