What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct large-scale analyses to understand business goals and provide data-driven recommendations
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and curated datasets for finance and accounting processes
- Develop data visualizations to make complex data accessible to non-technical team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and document workflows
- Partner with IT and Data Engineers to ensure reliable data foundations from various systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in BI development or financial analytics, with proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Finance and Accounting process automation and platforms (e.g., ERP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience supporting Finance and Accounting partners specifically
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
