What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Synthesize complex datasets to measure clinical impact and medical group performance
- Engineer high-impact business intelligence and ETL processes, optimizing SQL-based workflows
- Apply analytical and statistical rigor to ensure accurate reporting and insights
- Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for leadership
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance data infrastructure reliability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- 6–9 years of experience in data analytics, particularly in Healthcare Economics or Claims Analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing modular, high-performance code
- Familiarity with modern BI and ETL tools, such as Tableau or Looker
- Proven ability to apply statistical logic to business problems

- Experience in risk adjustment, quality metrics, or PMPM trends in a healthcare setting
- Strong strategic communication skills to convey complex findings effectively
