      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed to support business development initiatives
      - Formulate, define, and recommend the scope and format of reports for stakeholders
      - Oversee the provision of ad hoc management reports to assist in strategic decision-making
      - Identify data trends and make recommendations based on analysis of multiple data sources
      - Provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff on data interpretation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in the healthcare industry or corporate strategy
      - Proficiency in advanced analytic tools such as SQL, R, and/or Python
      - Experience with advanced visualization tools like Tableau and/or Looker

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience and/or education in a related field
      - Familiarity with healthcare claims data and business development strategies
      - Experience with electronic health record systems such as Athena, Epic, and Cerner
      - Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM tool
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
