What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute analytical strategies to support organizational goals and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to develop data-driven solutions and communicate findings
- Stay current with data analytics techniques and recommend new approaches as needed
- Manage multiple analytical projects and meet tight deadlines to drive speed and scale
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of growth
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI, including data modeling and familiarity with database management systems
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, finance/economics, or a related field
- Experience working with clinical quality data in the healthcare sector
- In-depth understanding of business strategy and operational metrics to link data insights to strategic objectives
