- Design and implement processes and solutions for data mining, analysis, and modeling
- Extract and compile data from various systems or applications for analysis
- Prepare well-organized reports and summaries of findings for management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with industry-based tools for data consolidation
- Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations
