      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, build, and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports to monitor key business metrics
      - Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, wrangle, and transform data from multiple sources
      - Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and build meaningful data products
      - Independently manage analysis projects from discovery through delivery, including stakeholder alignment
      - Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience writing advanced SQL and working with relational databases
      - Demonstrated experience in one or more visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex findings clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
      - Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, regressions, and other statistical methods
      - Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
