What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain database queries and data analysis
- Translate large quantities of in-depth data into meaningful reports
- Develop data reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of reports to management
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and propose documented solutions
- Support reporting and analysis for all business initiative projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of reporting/analytic experience
- 1+ years of experience with reporting tools such as MS Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
- 1+ years with ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, or other ETL tools
- Proficiency in SQL and developing efficient, well-performing queries
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with performance tuning tools and/or techniques
- Experience in a managed care environment
- Experience in Medicare Advantage Part D (MAPD) and HEDIS operations
- Experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
