What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into data-driven insights and reports
- Conduct strategic analysis and research to identify opportunities for business improvement
- Create data visualizations to communicate analytic results effectively across the organization
- Develop scalable automation solutions using SQL and other tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, presenting both orally and in writing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and data skills, with expertise in SQL
- Effective communication skills for partnering across the organization and articulating complex issues
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of industry experience in data analytics for Lead Data Analyst position
- Prior experience with data visualization tools such as Superset or Tableau
- Basic understanding of Python to enhance data analysis capabilities
- Domain experience in financial services, business banking, or crypto ecosystem
- Deep understanding of statistics and experience applying them to solve business problems
