What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or other BI tools
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets
- Define and monitor key metrics, proactively identifying trends or anomalies
- Drive analytical projects from conception through execution and delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Expert-level SQL skills with proficiency in exploring and manipulating large datasets
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI)
- Experience working with stakeholders across functions, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data model design and data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers
- Familiarity with defining and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics
