What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in discovery sessions to translate business goals into tracking plans
- Collaborate with developers to design and document data layer specifications for GA4 tracking
- Implement and validate events using Google Tag Manager, including tag configuration and testing
- Build reports and dashboards using Looker Studio to communicate insights effectively
- Perform quality assurance and audits to ensure accurate and consistent measurement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of digital analytics experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 setup, configuration, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager for implementing and validating tracking
- Familiarity with BigQuery and understanding of GA4 export schema
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, AEP Launch, or other enterprise analytics tools
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or other cloud data warehouses
- Understanding of privacy regulations and compliance platforms
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or JSON for debugging purposes
- Certifications in GA4, GTM, Google Cloud, or similar technologies
