      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a principal technology expert for major systems and subsystems, providing consultation to business units and IT management
      - Design and develop robust ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources while ensuring data integrity
      - Collaborate with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements
      - Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications
      - Mentor other data engineers on the team to foster a collaborative environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of eight years of diverse work experience in IT, with at least six years in systems analysis and application program development
      - In-depth knowledge of the Azure cloud platform, including Azure Data Factory and Databricks, alongside proficiency in Oracle
      - Proficiency in programming languages, specifically SQL and Python
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Management or lead experience in a technical environment
      - Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and best practices
      - Experience with implementing data governance and security measures in a cloud environment
      - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Git
