What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement surveys to gather insights on intern and resident experiences and program effectiveness
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate key program success factors and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports to present insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Integrate program data with Salesforce and ensure seamless data collection processes
- Drive data strategy projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining data accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Social Science Research, or a related field (preferred) OR
- Master's degree in a relevant field (strongly preferred), especially in Data Science, Analytics, Applied Statistics, or Research Methods OR
- 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience in data analysis, program impact evaluation, business intelligence, and workforce analytics (required)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce integration and data management
- Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools for advanced data analysis
- Experience designing surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Google Forms
- Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices
- Proven ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders effectively
