What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own complex client implementations by acquiring, importing, and validating data for go-live preparations
- Work with healthcare data formats including FHIR, HL7, and X12 EDI transactions to ensure accurate data exchange
- Maintain data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and quality of production systems
- Partner with client IT teams to ensure data meets specifications and support client relationship management
- Analyze trends and create reports around system performance and client data needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare data formats and standards
- Hands-on experience with building HL7 interfaces, implementing FHIR API integrations, or processing batch data feeds
- Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Familiarity with large-scale data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
