      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the creation, development, and review of physical database models to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
      - Provide support for complex database implementations and troubleshoot issues with various DBMS technologies
      - Establish automated monitoring for database availability and implement best practices for high availability
      - Conduct root cause analysis to resolve database and application availability problems
      - Develop and provide technology training for application developers and participate in departmental project initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a US Citizen due to contractual access requirements
      - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Proficiency in managing PostgreSQL databases within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and SQL Server administration
      - Familiarity with database security best practices and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Vendor DBA Certifications for the relevant DBMS
      - Knowledge of health insurance business practices
