      Senior Delivery Lead

      • Multiple Full-Time (35hpw) Temporary Opportunities up to 12 months
      • Salary range $125,693 - $138,510pa + super
      • Parramatta location with hybrid working (3 days / week office attendance)

      We are seeking to recruit a Senior Delivery Lead to lead the Digital Squad responsible for the core system underpinning Revenue NSW’s administration of the Fines system on behalf of the NSW State Government. The role will involve working closely with the team at Revenue, including various Digital Squads, internal operational stakeholders and external partners such as Transport for NSW, Department of Communities & Justice and NSW Police.

      You will report to the Principal Product Owner (Digital Products - Fines Management) and be responsible to deliver product performance, enhancements and projects on time, scope and budget.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Lead, plan, and deliver a critical and complex Product backlog using agile behaviours, techniques and delivery methods.
      • As Scrum Master and Delivery Lead you will develop skills, knowledge and understanding of agile delivery methods and process with stakeholders and support the squad in their adoption of these methodologies.
      • Lead a team of Development and QA engineers, and Business Analysts to develop understanding of complex business processes and legislation so they can effectively develop technology solutions to business challenges and initiatives.
      • You will identify and allocate resources, develop and manage budgets and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure sprint goals and product outcomes are achieved.
      • Understand and effectively communicate with to the Principal Product Owner about teams' release health (size of backlog, backlog priorities, velocity, plan to consume points, dependencies, and visibility to team and governance forums)
      • Actively improve flow of work by identifying, escalating, and helping to remove impediments / blockers / waste for the team when required

      To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

      • Demonstrated experience in digital project / program delivery
      • Proven experience in coaching and motivating delivery teams
      • Proven experience using agile methodologies including working as a Scrum Master
      • Experience delivering complex projects in large organisations would be highly regarded
      • Experience in leading / managing cross functional software teams
      • Experience in common IT PM tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar
