      Our Opportunity:

      We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner at our facility in Plantation, Florida, to utilize forecasting software and exceptions reporting at multiple levels of aggregation to reduce forecast error and achieve category forecast accuracy targets.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Manage the sales forecasts of our catalog of over 60,000 SKUs partnering closely with Merchandising, Inventory Management, Finance, Analytics and Operations, and be the key stakeholder and influencer for the weekly and monthly demand review.
      • Determining causes of root error, problem solving and process improvement and utilize data to drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
      • Monitor weekly KPIs to hold stakeholders accountable for the successful delivery of key strategic targets and objectives.
      • Telecommuting permitted.

      What You’ll Need:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience.
      • Will accept a Master’s degree and 2 years of experience.
      • Experience or coursework must include: Microsoft Office skills;
      • statistical forecasting programs;
      • SQL skills;
      • forecasting algorithms and models;
      • Business Analytics and Statistics.
      • Telecommuting permitted.
