      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and analyze EPIC Work Queues (WQs) and reporting to ensure high-quality work
      - Conduct root cause analysis and trend reporting to identify denial patterns and present actionable insights
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues contributing to claim denials
      - Draft appeals utilizing clinical documentation and payer policy expertise
      - Monitor compliance with organizational policies and prepare detailed reports on denial statistics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in claims processing, denial management, or quality assurance within a healthcare setting
      - 2-3 years of experience in denial management and/or healthcare compliance
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
      - Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using healthcare management software and tools for data analysis
      - Ability to train and educate staff on denial management processes
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
      - Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance practices
      - Familiarity with payer policies and clinical documentation standards
