Lead seasonal trend and design strategy for the Studio collection, from concept through prototype.
Develop and present silhouette, fabric, and color direction aligned with Athleta’s brand and business goals.
Create detailed design sketches, tech packs, and CADs for sampling and production.
Work collaboratively with the DPC team to create 3D sketches via CLO
Oversee concept boards, CAD presentations, and product samples for milestone reviews.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing to align product stories with seasonal themes.
Partner with Technical Design and Quality teams to evaluate fit, construction, and product performance.
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to support creative growth.
A strategic and detail-oriented designer who blends creativity with technical precision.
A collaborative problem-solver with a strong sense of trend, color, and performance innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Apparel or Fashion Design.
6+ years of design experience, preferably in women’s activewear or performance apparel.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD tools.
Experience in CLO and CLO Set
Skilled in flat sketching, trend research, and storytelling through design.
Strong communication and organizational skills; experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with direct-to-consumer brands and athletic/performance design is a plus.
Portfolio required.
