  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define and build the next generation of the employer's Ephemeral infrastructure
  - Partner with XCUT teams to ensure seamless integration of tools into Ephemeral Environments
  - Drive major improvements in tooling and infrastructure alongside team members
  - Enable product engineers to quickly create fully functional environments for various use cases
  - Evangelize Ephemeral tooling through comprehensive documentation and processes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role
  - 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating Kubernetes in production
  - Proficiency and experience with Golang
  - Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS) in production environments
  - Expertise in Linux systems, including architecture, administration, troubleshooting, and operations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Architect (CKA/CKAD) or equivalent certification
  - Proven ability to inspire collaboration and engagement in a fully remote team
  - Experience designing and building Kubernetes operators
  - Strong CI/CD skills, including building pipelines with automated test coverage
  - Hands-on experience with tools like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Harness, or similar platforms
