What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, standardize, and maintain KPIs that align features with business goals, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
- Conduct data analysis to uncover actionable insights and translate findings into clear narratives
- Partner with product teams to shape roadmaps and feature development based on data-driven input
- Develop and maintain tailored dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder needs
- Manage individual work backlog and align analytics efforts with cross-functional roadmaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product analytics or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker), SQL, Python/R, and statistical methods
- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
- Familiarity with customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and financial models like NPV and DCF
- Healthcare experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in causal inference and applying quasi-experimental methods
