What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, adapt, and optimize direct response copy across various digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and update copy for specific offers, ensuring compliance with internal and partner standards
- Produce both short-form and long-form creative assets, including ads, listicles, and landing pages
- Execute revisions and updates based on compliance requirements and partner feedback
- Analyze performance data to inform and improve creative strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience writing performance-driven copy for digital marketing campaigns in the financial industry
- Proven background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with documented success in optimizing creative
- Strong writing skills with a robust research framework for developing compelling copy angles
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with compliance standards and ability to collaborate with compliance stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various financial products and services, including credit cards, debt consolidation, and insurance
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) for writing assistance
- Examples or case studies showcasing previous successful campaigns
