- Salary: $169,500 - $211,875 plus annual target bonus
- This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be located in the Los Angeles, CA or Irvine, CA area.
- Support the company’s growth as the Senior Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs by enhancing relationships with local stakeholders, managing government relations and issues, and overseeing leadership communications and community connections to strengthen the company’s reputation as a key community partner
- Develop and manage the Government Relations strategy across all company geographies, including association memberships, stakeholder outreach, and issues management
- Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as the North American Operating Unit, American Beverage Association, and other bottlers
- Execute delivery of key messages to stakeholder audiences, clearly communicating the company's strategic priorities while promoting its brands and programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, including Market Unit Leadership, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Provide counsel on government relations trends and challenges, offering constructive recommendations to leverage opportunities and address issues
- Support the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and sustainability initiatives by engaging with the Community Champions Network and executing community engagement opportunities
- Travel up to 30%

- Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of related experience in Government Relations and Public Affairs and 8 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 15 plus years of specific experience
- Master’s Degree
- Experience in brand management, project management, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and community relations
