What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and implementation of cyber security architecture and engineering across the organization
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify cyber security opportunities and risks, developing effective solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on cyber risk management and industry best practices
- Oversee the deployment and integration of new cyber security solutions in line with organizational policies
- Create and maintain metrics to evaluate the performance of the Information Security program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in building and leading global cybersecurity programs
- At least 5 years of experience leading Security Architecture and Engineering Teams
- Industry certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of Cyber Security Architectural and Engineering principles
- Experience adopting Zero Trust and familiarity with DevSecOps
- Knowledge of Risk, Security, or Audit frameworks (i.e., COBIT, ISO 27001/2, NIST)
- Experience in the secondary mortgage market or equivalent financial services
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to document and explain risks to stakeholders
