What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and improve community engagement partnerships to advance organizational objectives and goals
- Participate in expert panels, speaking engagements, and meetings
- Collaborate across departments to identify and activate community-based partners
- Support program recruitment goals and manage special projects
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in family/community engagement and human services programs
- 5+ years of experience leading community engagement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in grassroots organizing and community engagement success
- Must reside in Utah and travel 33-50%
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in K-12 or early education field and/or human services or community organizing
