What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, implement, optimize, maintain, and support complex clinical systems in compliance with regulations and policies
- Provide intermediate analysis and documentation, developing requirements for clinical application configuration
- Formulate logical statements of business and management problems to develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with Epic OpTime and Anesthesia teams, participating in L&D workflows as they relate to OR procedures
- Support implementations and test new functionalities, including potential travel for on-site support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of related experience in clinical applications analysis or programming
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Current Epic certifications in Epic OpTime and/or Epic Anesthesia, or relevant clinical informatics experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic certification in Stork
- Previous direct patient care experience in an operating room setting
- Experience managing multiple projects effectively
