      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create electrical deliverables for all project phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design
      - Prepare electrical drawings and develop specifications for electrical equipment and installation requirements
      - Estimate engineering effort hours, material takeoffs, and construction costs, supporting procurement activities
      - Conduct construction administration tasks, including reviewing contractor submittals and performing site inspections
      - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical systems and equipment in mission-critical facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license (required), with the ability to obtain licensure in California
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically designing power distribution systems for industrial facilities and utilities
      - Proficiency in electrical engineering practices, including drawings, specifications, codes, building materials, and construction techniques
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in medium and low voltage power distribution system design, emergency power systems, and uninterruptible power systems
      - Familiarity with electrical power system analysis software such as ETAP, EDSA, and/or SKM
      - Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, and applicable electrical codes, as well as industry standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI, IEEE, ISA)
