      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement electrical systems for hyper-scale data centers, including power distribution and backup systems
      - Develop and maintain electrical schematics, bills of materials, and installation drawings
      - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including NEC and IEC standards
      - Analyze electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, optimizing power consumption
      - Mentor and provide technical input to mid-level engineers, acting as Engineer of Record

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with eight (8) years of relevant experience in electrical design and/or engineering focused on data centers
      - Professional Engineer License (P.E.) or Professional Engineer Designation (P. Eng) is required
      - Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA70) and electrical engineering for data centers
      - Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with ten (10) years of relevant experience in electrical design and/or engineering for data centers
      - Experience working with building information modeling (BIM) software, specifically ACC Cloud
      - Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to enhance client experience
      - In-depth experience with data center design and construction, including industry standards
      - Excellent leadership capabilities to guide project teams
