      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead technical projects involving utility-scale interconnections at 138kV+, collaborating with utilities, ISOs, and engineering firms
      - Ensure technical quality of HV/MV designs and establish engineering standards across multiple sites
      - Design and support data center medium voltage distribution systems
      - Apply protection coordination principles and relay setups in system designs
      - Utilize power systems analysis software for project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in electrical power system design, focusing on HV/MV systems and substations
      - Experience in data center or mission-critical MV distribution design
      - Strong knowledge of protection coordination principles and relay setups
      - Proficiency with SEL, Schneider, Siemens, or ABB relay platforms and digital substations
      - Proficiency in power systems analysis software such as ETAP or SKM PowerTools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience with utility interconnection processes in ISO regions like ERCOT, PJM, MISO, or CAISO
      - Familiarity with NERC reliability standards and bulk electric system interconnection requirements
      - Experience in Testing and Commissioning HV/MV systems
      - Knowledge of emerging power generation technologies like fuel cells or battery energy storage
      - Prior experience at a utility, EPC firm, or hyperscale data center operator
