What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing and converting assets to meet unit objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and actively participate in safety initiatives
- Maintain security and documentation to safeguard proprietary information
- Identify and solve problems to achieve operational objectives
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with manufacturing control systems, including PLCs and HMI
- Demonstrated competency in engineering/scientific analysis systems and tools
- Commitment to continuing self-development and experience in various assignments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead projects within corporate policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Previous roles involving diverse technical or operational assignments
- Familiarity with instrumentation and power distribution systems
