  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide technical oversight of end-to-end electrical designs for large-scale data centers
  - Ensure design quality, code compliance, and alignment with technical standards
  - Contribute to the development of internal design standards and best practices
  - Maintain design quality and consistency across a rapidly scaling portfolio of projects
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center electrical design or other mission-critical facilities
  - Prior experience at a hyperscale operator or major mission-critical design firm
  - Solid understanding of major data center electrical topologies and their trade-offs
  - Familiarity with relevant codes and standards including NEC, TIA-942, and NFPA
  - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with high-density compute environments and GPU-heavy workloads
  - Familiarity with EPMS/BMS integration and liquid cooling electrical distribution
  - Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred, or ability to obtain within 18 months
  - Proficiency with tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD Electrical, and ETAP
