      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic employee relations support and leadership coaching to senior leaders
      - Lead the interpretation and application of complex employee relations policies and labor laws
      - Identify and address potential employee relations risks proactively
      - Guide leaders in managing complex performance and behavioral challenges
      - Manage sensitive, high-impact investigations and ensure compliance with organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - 5-7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting sensitive investigations
      - Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory compliance
      - Exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills
      - Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
