      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical consulting and advisory services for utility-scale solar, wind, gas, and battery energy storage projects
      - Conduct independent engineering and due diligence services for lenders and investors
      - Perform technical, economic, and market studies for grid operators and utilities
      - Engage with power plant developers, owners, and stakeholders during consulting services execution
      - Lead project planning and execution while guiding team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering (other disciplines may be considered)
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the power industry
      - Experience in design, development, or construction management of utility-scale solar, wind, or battery energy storage projects
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing
      - Proven project planning and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in engineering or business (e.g., MBA)
      - Experience in project finance or financial modeling of power projects
      - Background in owner’s engineering activities during project execution
      - Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and work collaboratively with others
