Job Description
- Req#: 82008
- Development - Develops process and production concepts for improvement of existing processes, implementation of new processes or new products.
- Concepts - Identifies necessary production processes and capacities. Agrees upon technical requirements for production lines. Prepares concepts and implements these together with customers.
- New Products and Processes - Supports development department in dimensioning of new products and production processes due to lean aspects during the development process to ensure an optimized serial production.
- Production tests - Plans, coordinates and controls production tests and putting into service of new production lines and processes in corporation with production. Launches new production lines into production in corporation with productions.
- Documentation - Prepares engineering data files such as manufacturing instructions, manuals, process plans, etc.
- External Service Providers - Participates in purchasing negotiations with suppliers. Decides on execution of maintenance and repair works by external authorities, chooses external service providers and evaluates their performance.
- Projects Management - Oversees different initiatives or projects, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of sponsor.
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Six Sigma
- Project Management
- Statistical analysis (DOE/MSA/SPC/ G R&R)
- Able to perform data analysis and evaluation by using data analysis tools such as JMP, minitab, Power BI, macro excel, etc. Familiar with Six Sigma methodology will be an added advantage.
- Experience in root cause analysis and familiar with 8D methodology.
